- 830G Turkish Tomato Paste, 830G
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Bazachi Arla Pro Mozzarella Professional Grated Cheese
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell peppers lengthwise to form oval boats and remove the seeds.
- 2. Boil the peppers in a pot of water for 5 minutes or microwave them until slightly softened. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 3. In a 10-inch frypan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add the halal ground turkey to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently until fully browned. Stir in the tomato paste and corn, mixing well.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the cooked brown rice, Worcestershire sauce, and ground black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to combine all ingredients evenly.
- 6. Fill each pepper boat with 1/4 of the cooked turkey mixture, pressing gently to pack the filling.
- 7. Sprinkle each stuffed pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese and place under the broiler or microwave on High for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
