  • 454 g Southcliffe Turkey Mince 454G
  • 830G Turkish Tomato Paste, 830G
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • - Bazachi Arla Pro Mozzarella Professional Grated Cheese
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the bell peppers lengthwise to form oval boats and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Boil the peppers in a pot of water for 5 minutes or microwave them until slightly softened. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. 3. In a 10-inch frypan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the halal ground turkey to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently until fully browned. Stir in the tomato paste and corn, mixing well.
