  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons duck sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  4. 4. Add 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets), 2 carrots (sliced), 1 zucchini (sliced), and 1 package of fresh mushrooms (sliced) to the skillet. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon salt over the vegetables. Stir well and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
