Ingredients
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 22.8Cl Sabarot Red Pepper Drops, 22.8Cl
- 2 Per Pack Natoora White Onions
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
- 12.5 Kg Top-Op Cooking Salt 12.5kg
- - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop 9 green peppers, 9 red peppers, and 12 white onions.
- 2. Place the chopped peppers and onions in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
- 3. Drain the mixture thoroughly to remove excess water.
- 4. Return the drained mixture to the pot and add 3 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3 1/2 cups of apple cider vinegar.
- 5. Stir the mixture well and bring it to a boil. Let it cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Carefully pour the hot relish into sterilized jars, leaving a small gap at the top.
- 7. Seal the jars tightly and allow them to cool completely before storing.
- 8. Serve as a condiment with your favorite dinner dishes or store in a cool, dry place for later use.
