- 80G Roasted Sesame Seeds With Curry, 80G
- ( Daylesford Organic Green Pointed Cabbage
- 5 X 120G Samyang Potato Ramen Multi Pack Noodles, 5 X 120G
- 1 Kg Pariani Italian Lara Walnuts, 1Kg
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1/4 cup of sesame seeds and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts to the skillet. Toast them, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Thinly slice 1 head of green cabbage and chop 8 green onions. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 4. Break 2 packages of ramen noodles into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the cabbage and green onions.
- 5. Pour the toasted sesame seeds and walnuts over the salad mixture. Toss everything together until well combined.
- 6. Serve immediately as a fresh and crunchy dinner salad, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving for a chilled option.
