Ingredients

  • 80G Roasted Sesame Seeds With Curry, 80G
  • ( Daylesford Organic Green Pointed Cabbage
  • 5 X 120G Samyang Potato Ramen Multi Pack Noodles, 5 X 120G
  • 1 Kg Pariani Italian Lara Walnuts, 1Kg
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1/4 cup of sesame seeds and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts to the skillet. Toast them, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. 3. Thinly slice 1 head of green cabbage and chop 8 green onions. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Break 2 packages of ramen noodles into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the cabbage and green onions.
  5. 5. Pour the toasted sesame seeds and walnuts over the salad mixture. Toss everything together until well combined.
