Ingredients
- 50G Natoora Fresh Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
- 2 Kg Albert Bartlett Butter Gold Potatoes
- 0.5 Kg Beetroot Cooked Box 5kg
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
- 118G Poon'S Wo Sauce, 118G
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1/2 a diced gold potato and 1/2 a beet to the skillet. Stir to coat the ingredients evenly in the oil.
- 3. Cook the mixture without stirring for about 5 minutes to allow the ingredients to brown. Then stir and flip the pieces to their other side, cooking for another 5 minutes without stirring.
- 4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, stir again, and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy. If the mixture starts to blacken, lower the heat earlier.
- 5. Season the dish with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, a handful of chopped parsley, and a drizzle of Poon's Wo Sauce. Stir well to combine.
- 6. Serve the hash hot as a satisfying dinner option.
