Ingredients

  • 2 Kg Albert Bartlett Butter Gold Potatoes
  • 0.5 Kg Beetroot Cooked Box 5kg
  • 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
  • - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
  • 118G Poon'S Wo Sauce, 118G
  • 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1/2 a diced gold potato and 1/2 a beet to the skillet. Stir to coat the ingredients evenly in the oil.
  3. 3. Cook the mixture without stirring for about 5 minutes to allow the ingredients to brown. Then stir and flip the pieces to their other side, cooking for another 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, stir again, and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy. If the mixture starts to blacken, lower the heat earlier.

  6. 6. Serve the hash hot as a satisfying dinner option.
