- 1. Separate 1 kg of chicken wings at the joints, cut off wing tips, and discard.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp oil until well combined.
