  • 250G The London Honey Co Ginger & Turmeric Honey, 250G
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
  • - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Whisk until well blended.
  2. 2. Place 500 g halal chicken pieces in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  3. 3. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, turning the chicken once halfway through to ensure even marination.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  5. 5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. 6. Garnish with 2 chopped green onions and serve hot for a delicious dinner.
