- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Whisk until well blended.
- 2. Place 500 g halal chicken pieces in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- 3. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, turning the chicken once halfway through to ensure even marination.
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- 5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6. Garnish with 2 chopped green onions and serve hot for a delicious dinner.
