- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour
- - Tata Salt
- 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- 2. Add 500 g of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
- 3. Add 3/4 cup of sliced celery and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until the celery is tender-crisp.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until smooth.
- 5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and celery in the skillet. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- 6. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
- 7. Serve hot over steamed rice for a complete meal.
