  • 50G Picard Chopped Chives
  • - Thyme Bunched Herb
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • - Chings Red Chilli Sauce
  • 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G
  • 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
  • - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of mayonnaise, 2 finely chopped chives, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
  2. 2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and smooth.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. 4. Before serving, transfer the dip into a serving bowl or hollowed-out bell pepper for presentation.
