- 200G Bay'S Kitchen Concentrated Beef Stock
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- - Ds Cjo Soy Sauce For Soup 840ml
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, combine 500 g of halal beef strips and 1 cup of beef broth. Simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the beef begins to cook through.
- 2. Add 3/4 cup of sliced celery, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- 3. Stir in mushrooms and 1 package of green beans. Mix everything together and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of beef stock and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Stir until smooth, then pour the mixture into the skillet. Toss gently to coat the beef and vegetables.
- 5. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
