  • 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice the green pepper and onion; set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the halal ground beef over medium heat until light brown, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks.
  3. 3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet and sprinkle the beef with flour, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Add the diced green pepper, onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to the skillet. Cook over low heat until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the tomato and add it to the skillet. Stir well and pour in 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
