- 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg

Instructions
- 1. Dice the green pepper and onion; set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, cook the halal ground beef over medium heat until light brown, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks.
- 3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet and sprinkle the beef with flour, stirring to coat evenly.
- 4. Add the diced green pepper, onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to the skillet. Cook over low heat until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Roughly chop the tomato and add it to the skillet. Stir well and pour in 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Stir in the rice, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Remove the skillet from heat, cover, and let it stand for 5 to 7 minutes until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
- 8. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
