Ingredients

- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 200 Ml Isigny Sainte Mere Aop Creme Fraiche
- 150 Ml Artisan Soy Sauce - Kioke Damashii 3 Yr Old, 150Ml
- 118G Poon'S Wo Sauce, 118G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 500 g of halal ground beef with 1 finely chopped onion until the meat is fully cooked and the onion is softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- 3. Add 1 cup of chopped celery to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with 1 cup of rinsed quinoa, 1 cup of creme fraiche, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Poon's Wo Sauce. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- 7. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes of baking to allow the top to brown slightly.
- 8. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
