Ingredients
- 400G Casa Marrazzo Peeled Organic Tomatoes, 400G
- - Everest Paneer
- 500 Ml Cirio Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Italian Riserva
- 100G Halen Mon Umami Sea Salt, 100G
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the grill. If using a gas grill, heat it to medium. If using a charcoal grill, start the charcoal or wood briquettes; when ready, distribute them evenly under the cooking area for direct heat. Oil the grate lightly.
- 2. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds. Brush both sides of the tomato slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with Halen Mon Umami Sea Salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3. Grill the tomato slices for 1 to 2 minutes, turning every 30 seconds, until lightly charred on both sides. Transfer the grilled tomato slices to a serving platter.
- 4. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and sprinkle a pinch of cumin powder over it for added flavor. Top each grilled tomato slice with the spiced paneer.
- 5. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the tomatoes and paneer.
