- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g

- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 1 Piece Lemon Grass Bwfo
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it for 15 minutes.
- 2. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger over medium heat.
- 3. Stir the sauce, bring it to a gentle simmer, and thicken with cornstarch mixed in a tablespoon of water.
- 4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush them generously with the teriyaki sauce.
- 5. Heat a grill pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and grill the salmon, skin-side down, for 4-5 minutes.
- 6. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes while brushing more sauce on top.
- 7. Drain the soaked rice and cook it with water in a saucepan over medium heat until tender.
- 8. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and mix in sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.
- 9. Plate the sesame rice and place the grilled teriyaki salmon on top.
- 10. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
