Ingredients

  • 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
  • 250G Hunter & Gather Egg Free Olive Oil Mayo
  • - Everest Paneer
  • - Schwartz Paprika
  • - Mccormick Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a saucepan, melt 50 g of butter over low heat.
  2. 2. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into the pan, ensuring no seeds are included, and stir well.
  3. 3. Add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise and a pinch of cumin powder to the saucepan, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. 4. Lay out 500 g of paneer slices on a foil-lined broiler pan.
  5. 5. Pour and spread the butter-lemon mixture evenly over the paneer slices. Let them sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. 6. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of paprika over the paneer slices and place the pan under the broiler, close to the flame. Broil for 5-7 minutes or until the paneer is lightly golden and the sauce is bubbling.
  7. 7. Remove from the broiler and serve hot as a main dish.
