Ingredients
- 600 Ml Bristol Syrup Co Lime Juice, 600Ml
- 400G Casa Marrazzo Peeled Organic Tomatoes, 400G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Everest Paneer
- 114G Thai Taste Basil Leaves, 114G
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare a charcoal fire or preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 2. In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine 1 cup lime juice, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, and a pinch of cumin powder. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- 3. Add 2 diced tomatoes and 2 sliced cucumbers to the bowl. Toss to coat the vegetables in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the paneer.
- 4. Cut 500 g paneer into thick slices. Lightly brush the slices with oil and grill them over hot coals or on the grill pan for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and slightly charred.
- 5. Let the grilled paneer cool for 5 minutes, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Add the grilled paneer to the salad bowl along with 1 cup of fresh basil leaves. Toss everything gently to combine.
- 7. Serve the salad at room temperature, ensuring the flavors are well mixed.
