Ingredients

  • 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
  • 100G Chopped Roasted Piemonte Igp Hazelnuts, 100G
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • - Tata Salt
  • 100 G Rajah Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1. In a saucepan, cover the green beans with water and bring to a boil. Cook uncovered until the beans are crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to brown slightly, releasing a nutty aroma. Be careful not to burn it.
  3. 3. Add the chopped hazelnuts to the browned butter and toast them lightly for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. 4. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, basil, and a pinch of garam masala. Add salt to taste and mix well. Heat the mixture through for another minute.
