- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- 100G Chopped Roasted Piemonte Igp Hazelnuts, 100G
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- - Tata Salt
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, cover the green beans with water and bring to a boil. Cook uncovered until the beans are crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to brown slightly, releasing a nutty aroma. Be careful not to burn it.
- 3. Add the chopped hazelnuts to the browned butter and toast them lightly for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 4. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, basil, and a pinch of garam masala. Add salt to taste and mix well. Heat the mixture through for another minute.
- 5. Pour the hazelnut-herb butter mixture over the cooked green beans and toss gently to coat evenly.
- 6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately as a warm and flavorful dinner side.
