Ingredients

  • 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
  • 560G Yorkshire Provender Rustic Vegetable Broth With Lentils Kale & Quinoa
  • 1 Unit Organic Cabbage White 1 Unit
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • - Nearly Naked Veg Basil 100g
  • - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
  • 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain the liquid from the canned green beans into a saucepan (1-quart or larger).
  2. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of plant-based butter, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon of, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth substitute (vegetable broth or water with salt). Heat the mixture to boiling while stirring.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water until smooth. Stir this mixture into the saucepan.
  4. 4. Cook the sauce, stirring continuously, until it thickens and becomes clear, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add 2 cups of shredded cabbage to the saucepan and heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
