- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
- 1 Butternut Squash - 1 Each
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots, mooli radish, and chow chow, then dice them into small bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Add the diced vegetables to the pan and stir well to coat them in the oil and garlic.
- 5. Sprinkle the Moroccan spice mix, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- 6. Cook the vegetables for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
- 7. Meanwhile, rehydrate the soy protein mince by soaking it in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
- 8. Add the rehydrated soy protein mince to the pan with the vegetables and mix thoroughly.
- 9. Cook the hash for another 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender and the soy protein is lightly browned.
- 10. Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the hash for added flavor and freshness.
- 11. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
