Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook in a pot with 240 ml of water until tender.
- 2. Slice the mooli radish, cucumber, carrots, and chow chow into thin strips or matchsticks.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until aromatic, then add the soy protein mince.
- 4. Sprinkle the Moroccan spice blend and curry blend trio over the soy protein mince and stir well.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, brown rice vinegar, isomalt powder, salt, and pepper to create a tangy dressing.
