- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside, keeping it warm.
- 2. Slice the tofu into cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a skillet and pan-fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 4. Julienne the carrot, wash the spinach, and blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
- 6. Arrange the cooked rice in serving bowls and layer the vegetables and tofu neatly on top.
- 7. Drizzle the gochujang sauce over the bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
- 8. Serve immediately while warm and mix everything together before eating for a flavorful bite.
