- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Remove the bones and skin from the salmon, then flake it into small pieces using a fork. Sprinkle the flaked salmon with lemon juice and set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, sift together 1 cup of cornmeal, 1/4 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
- 3. Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg to the dry ingredients. Beat the mixture until it forms a smooth batter.
- 4. Fold the flaked salmon into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, drop the salmon batter by tablespoons into the pan.
- 6. Fry each croquette for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the croquettes from the pan and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 8. Serve the croquettes warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of fresh salad.
