- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and cook it according to package instructions.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- 3. Chop the zucchini, red bell pepper, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
- 4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté the vegetables with garlic until slightly tender.
- 5. In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, cornstarch, nutritional yeast, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
