  • 400G Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince
  • - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in the air fryer basket at 180°C for 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Add soy protein mince, Moroccan spice blend, and half the salt to the basket and air fry for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, peel and julienne carrots, cucumber, and radish into thin strips.
  4. 4. Boil 300ml water in a saucepan and stir in masala oats, cooking for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. 5. Add the remaining salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the oats and mix well.
  6. 6. Transfer the cooked soy mince into a bowl and layer with the prepared oats.
  7. 7. Arrange julienned vegetables around the edge of the bowl for a colorful presentation.
