- - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in the air fryer basket at 180°C for 2 minutes.
- 2. Add soy protein mince, Moroccan spice blend, and half the salt to the basket and air fry for 5 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, peel and julienne carrots, cucumber, and radish into thin strips.
- 4. Boil 300ml water in a saucepan and stir in masala oats, cooking for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- 5. Add the remaining salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the oats and mix well.
- 6. Transfer the cooked soy mince into a bowl and layer with the prepared oats.
- 7. Arrange julienned vegetables around the edge of the bowl for a colorful presentation.
- 8. Drizzle any remaining lemon juice over the vegetables and serve warm.
