- NaN Grami Foxtail Millet
- NaN Aroy-D Coconut Milk
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
- 1 Kg Cashews, 1Kg
- - Coriander Seeds Catering Size
- - Old India Mustard Seeds
- - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
- NaN Fresh Coriander Bunch
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly under running water and drain well.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a deep pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- 3. Once the seeds crackle, add chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder, sauté until soft.
- 4. Add green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Pour in water and coconut milk, bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 6. Add the rinsed millet and salt, stir well to combine evenly.
- 7. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let the millet cook for 15 minutes until soft and fluffy.
- 8. Meanwhile, dry roast the cashews in a small pan until golden and set aside.
- 9. Once the millet is cooked, fluff it up using a fork and mix in the roasted cashews.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
