Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 50 g Everest Shahi Paneer Masala
- - Besan
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- - Green Chutney
- - AMUL PANEER 200GM
- 250 g Spinach
- NaN Kodo Millet
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 200G Daesang Gochujang Red Pepper Paste 200g
- 90G Pot Noodle Sweet & Sour
- - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
- - Knorr Stock Pot Vegetable
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix millet flour, turmeric powder, a pinch of salt, and water until a smooth batter forms.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil before pouring a ladle of millet batter onto it.
- 3. Spread the batter thinly to form a pancake and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté chopped green chilies and cumin powder for 1 minute.
- 5. Add cooked yellow lentils to the skillet, followed by coconut milk, and stir well to combine.
- 6. Simmer the lentil mixture for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the mixture to thicken slightly.
- 7. Stir in chopped coriander and adjust seasoning with salt as required.
- 8. Place a spoonful of the spiced lentil filling onto each millet pancake and fold it gently.
- 9. Serve the stuffed pancakes warm, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
