Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa and red lentils thoroughly under cold water to remove any impurities.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic, then add chopped onions and cook until golden.
  3. 3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes to release their flavors.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, creating a flavorful base for the dish.
