- 1 Kg Red Lentils (Masoor Dal), 1Kg
- 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
- 10G Avocado Leaves, 10G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 43G Wasabi Paste, 43G
- 1 Kg Pink Shredded Ginger - Beni Shoga, 1Kg
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and cook quinoa in a pot with 240ml of water until fully absorbed and fluffy.
- 2. Simultaneously, boil red lentils in water until soft and tender, then drain and cool.
- 3. Mix cooked quinoa and lentils with rice vinegar to season and set aside to cool.
- 4. Slice avocado, carrot, and cucumber into thin, long strips for filling.
- 5. Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat and spread a thin layer of quinoa-lentil mixture evenly.
- 6. Arrange avocado, carrot, and cucumber strips horizontally across the center of the spread mixture.
- 7. Carefully roll the nori sheet using the bamboo mat, pressing firmly to form a tight roll.
- 8. Repeat the process with remaining nori sheets and fillings to make four rolls.
- 9. Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife dipped in water for clean cuts.
- 10. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
- 11. Serve sushi rolls with dipping sauce, wasabi paste, and pickled ginger on the side.
