  • 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
  • 75G Greenfields Berbere Spice Blend, 75G
  • 280G Sunita Organic Light Tahini, 280G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
  • - Golden Swan White Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils and quinoa under cold water, then cook them separately until tender and fluffy.
  2. 2. Grate the carrots, mooli radish, and chow chow squash finely, and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
