- 1 Kg Red Lentils (Masoor Dal), 1Kg
- 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - La Chinata Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 255G Fish Said Fred Asc Butterflied Sea Bass With Parsley And Lemon Zest
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and cook in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until soft, then drain well.
- 2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, oats, grated carrot, and chopped spring onions.
- 4. Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, salt, and olive oil to the mixture.
- 5. Mix the ingredients well until they form a cohesive dough-like texture.
- 6. Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls or discs.
- 7. Place the shaped bites on the prepared baking tray, leaving a small gap between each.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- 9. Once golden and crispy, remove the bites from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- 10. Garnish with lemon zest and parsley before serving for a fresh, zesty finish.
