  • 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G

  • 255G Fish Said Fred Asc Butterflied Sea Bass With Parsley And Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and cook in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until soft, then drain well.
  2. 2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, oats, grated carrot, and chopped spring onions.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, salt, and olive oil to the mixture.
  5. 5. Mix the ingredients well until they form a cohesive dough-like texture.
  6. 6. Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls or discs.
