- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch

- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- - Thyme Bunched Herb
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced potatoes.
- 3. Stir occasionally and cook the potatoes until golden brown and tender, about 10 minutes.
- 4. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- 5. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add another 1 tbsp of olive oil to the empty side.
- 6. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic, then add them to the skillet with the chicken and potatoes.
- 8. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds and add them to the skillet, cooking for 5 more minutes.
- 9. Wash the spinach thoroughly and add it to the skillet, stirring gently until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 10. Mix all the ingredients in the skillet to combine them evenly, then taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
