  • NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
  • 300G Fish Said Fred Msc Big Cod Fillets
  • 380G Fage Fruits Coconut
  • - Mccormick Cumin Powder
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Rinse and cook quinoa in boiling water with a pinch of salt until fluffy, then drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a grill pan and cook the marinated fish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  6. 6. In another pan, sauté sliced onions and diced tomatoes with a pinch of salt and chili powder for 3-4 minutes.
