  • 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
  • 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
  • 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G
  • - Tata Salt
  • 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
  • 85G Oriental Hot Mustard Powder, 85G

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 2 teaspoons curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  2. 2. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over 6 pieces of seitan, rubbing it onto both sides. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a 10-inch skillet, combine 1 1/2 cups orange juice, 1 cup rice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and the remaining 3/4 teaspoon salt. Stir well to mix.
  4. 4. Arrange the seasoned seitan pieces on top of the rice mixture in the skillet.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
