- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 50G Mill & Mortar Organic Ground Turmeric, 50G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Ground Coriander
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomato, then add them to the heated pan.
- 4. Sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until the onion turns translucent and fragrant.
- 5. Add the ground turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, and red chili powder to the pan, stirring well.
