- 600G Picard Organic Spinach Leaves
- - Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- - La Chinata Sweet Smoked Paprika
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
- - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt
- 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced sweet potatoes.
- 3. Cook the sweet potatoes for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
- 4. Finely chop the red onion and garlic, then add them to the skillet with the sweet potatoes.
- 5. Stir in smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, and sea salt, ensuring the sweet potatoes are well-coated.
- 6. Add the drained chickpeas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 7. Wash and roughly chop the spinach leaves, then add them to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
- 8. Finely chop fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the hash before serving.
- 9. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve the hash warm in bowls.
