- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil using a brush or paper towel.
- 3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin, circular pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges lift slightly.
- 4. Flip the pancake carefully and cook on the other side for 2 minutes, then transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
- 5. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh, and mash it in a bowl using a fork.
