- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
- 250Ml Ktc Coconut Oil 250ml
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- 3. Add 7 tablespoons of melted coconut oil to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to work the oil into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 4. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of cold almond milk to the mixture, stirring gently until the dough comes together.
- 5. Transfer the dough to a pie pan and press it evenly across the bottom and up the sides using your fingers.
- 6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
- 7. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool completely before filling with your desired Jain-friendly pie filling.
