Ingredients

  • - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • - Biona Organic Risotto Brown Rice
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • - Honey & Mustard Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside, keeping it warm.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.
  4. 4. Heat a large pan with neutral oil and sauté tofu cubes until golden on all sides, about 6–8 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the gochujang sauce over the tofu and cook for 2–3 minutes until the glaze thickens and coats the tofu evenly.
  6. 6. In another pan, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until wilted, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. 8. Chop the green onions finely for garnish and set aside.
  9. 9. Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice as the base, followed by glazed tofu and sesame spinach.
  10. 10. Garnish each bowl with chopped green onions and an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
