Ingredients
- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- - Biona Organic Risotto Brown Rice
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside, keeping it warm.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.
- 4. Heat a large pan with neutral oil and sauté tofu cubes until golden on all sides, about 6–8 minutes.
- 5. Pour the gochujang sauce over the tofu and cook for 2–3 minutes until the glaze thickens and coats the tofu evenly.
- 6. In another pan, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 7. Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until wilted, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 8. Chop the green onions finely for garnish and set aside.
- 9. Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice as the base, followed by glazed tofu and sesame spinach.
- 10. Garnish each bowl with chopped green onions and an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
