- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 140G Crispy Fried Garlic, 140G
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G

- 1. Soak soy chunks in boiling water for 10 minutes until softened, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the soy chunks, stirring in the glaze until fully coated.
- 4. Cook the soy chunks for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens and caramelizes.
