  • 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg

  • 1 Kg Dried Apricots, 1Kg
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • - Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse 1 cup of wild rice under cold water and drain.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring 5 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the wild rice, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes until the rice is tender.
  3. 3. Drain the cooked rice and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Toast 1 cup of pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Add the toasted pecans to the rice.
