- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 400 Ml Coconut Merchant Organic Coconut Cream
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Italian Seasoning
- 100G Extra Hot Yellow Chilli Sauce, 100G
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- 2. Add 1 cup of wild rice, 2 diced onions, 3 chopped celery stalks, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, and 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.
- 3. Pour in 3 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in 3 cans of coconut cream. Continue to simmer on low heat for an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the soup is thickened.
- 5. Serve hot and enjoy. Optionally, keep the soup warm in a crock pot until ready to serve.
