  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
  • 400 Ml Coconut Merchant Organic Coconut Cream
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Schwartz Italian Seasoning
  • 100G Extra Hot Yellow Chilli Sauce, 100G

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup of wild rice, 2 diced onions, 3 chopped celery stalks, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, and 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Pour in 3 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in 3 cans of coconut cream. Continue to simmer on low heat for an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the soup is thickened.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy. Optionally, keep the soup warm in a crock pot until ready to serve.
