Ingredients
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 450G Shazans Chicken Diced Breast
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
- 150 Ml Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce, 150Ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat 4 tsp of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 diced onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper, stirring to combine.
- 4. Mix in 1 cup of cooked quinoa and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is fully cooked.
- 5. Add 3 cups of cooked quinoa to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes, ensuring the quinoa is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- 6. Stir in 1 cup of chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers and carrots) and 2 tbsp of tamari soya sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free Vietnamese fried rice.
