- 250 Ml Lee Kum Kee Gluten Free Soy Sauce, 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet or frying pan with a tight-fitting lid, cook 1 lb of ground beef and 1/2 cup of diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Drain any excess grease from the skillet to keep the dish light.
- 3. Add 2/3 cup of uncooked rice, 1 cup of diced celery, 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper, 1 diced tomato, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of granulated beef bouillon, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
- 4. Pour in 2 cups of water, stir well to combine, and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet tightly, and let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is fully absorbed.
