- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store

- 100G Maison Bremond Toasted Almonds With Goats Cheese, 100G
- 250Ml Ktc Coconut Oil 250ml
- - Mill & Mortar Finishing Salt Flakes Gift Set
- - Coconut Water Vita Coco
Instructions
- 1. Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened and translucent.
- 3. Stir in 1 1/3 cups of rice and sauté for 3 minutes, ensuring the rice is well coated in the margarine.
- 4. Pour in 1 1/3 cups of gluten-free vegetable broth, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and stir in 1/4 cup of raisins. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Once boiling, remove the skillet from heat, cover it with a lid, and let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the rice to absorb the liquid.
- 6. Gently stir in 1/2 cup of toasted almonds and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
