  • 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
  • 500 Ml Tropicana Orange Original 500Ml
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 324G Borough Broth Low Fodmap Chicken Bone Broth
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat and brown 6 pork chops on both sides. Season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  4. 4. Spread 1 1/3 cups of uncooked rice evenly in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. 5. Pour 1 cup of orange juice evenly over the rice.
  6. 6. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice.
  7. 7. In a small bowl, mix 1 can (10.5 oz) of gluten-free condensed chicken soup with 1/2 cup of chicken broth until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the pork chops and rice.
