- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 500 Ml Tropicana Orange Original 500Ml
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 324G Borough Broth Low Fodmap Chicken Bone Broth
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat and brown 6 pork chops on both sides. Season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- 4. Spread 1 1/3 cups of uncooked rice evenly in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
- 5. Pour 1 cup of orange juice evenly over the rice.
- 6. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice.
- 7. In a small bowl, mix 1 can (10.5 oz) of gluten-free condensed chicken soup with 1/2 cup of chicken broth until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the pork chops and rice.
- 8. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- 9. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the pork chops are fully cooked.
