Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown 6 pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Spread 1 1/3 cups of uncooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
- 4. Pour 1 cup of orange juice over the rice, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- 5. Spread 1 can of gluten-free condensed chicken soup over the rice and orange juice mixture.
- 6. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
- 7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- 8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the pork chops to brown slightly.
