- 80G Africas Finest Dried Shrimp, 80G
- 400G Casa Marrazzo Peeled Organic Tomatoes, 400G
- 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach

Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 2 packages of spinach and parboil for 2-3 minutes. Drain, let cool slightly, and chop finely.
- 2. In the same pot, parboil 2 packages of shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Dice 3 tomatoes into small pieces.
- 4. In a large pot or deep skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and cooked shrimp. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Add 1 1/2 pounds of rice to the pot, followed by enough water to cover the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and cook until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
- 7. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
