- 400 Ml Coconut Merchant Organic Coconut Cream
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch

Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 250 g ground turkey until fully browned and no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- 3. In the same skillet, add 1/3 cup diced celery, 1/3 cup diced green bell pepper, and 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, sautéed vegetables, 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1/3 cup chopped green onion, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, and 1 can (10.5 oz) coconut cream, and 1/2 tsp paprika. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a heavy casserole dish and spread it out evenly. Cover the dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil to retain moisture.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
