Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté 500 g of ground turkey and 4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.

  5. 5. Place a portion of the turkey mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf. Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling, then roll it up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. 6. Arrange the cabbage rolls seam-side down in a shallow baking dish. Pour 3 cups of tomato sauce evenly over the rolls.
  7. 7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your gluten-free cabbage rolls!
