  • 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
  • - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
  • 150 Ml Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce, 150Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 lb of ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 1 diced onion and 1 cup sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 4-5 minutes. Drain any excess fat and return the mixture to the skillet.
  3. 3. Place 1 package of green beans in a strainer and rinse under cold water to separate them. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir to combine.
  4. 4. Add 2 cups of cooked quinoa to the skillet and mix well with the beef and vegetables.
  5. 5. Push the mixture to the sides of the skillet, creating a well in the center. Crack 1 egg into the center and scramble it until fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir the scrambled egg into the beef and vegetable mixture until evenly distributed.
  7. 7. Pour 1/4 cup of tamari soya sauce over the mixture and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
  8. 8. Serve hot directly from the skillet for a delicious and satisfying dinner.
