- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 150 Ml Clearspring Organic Tamari Soya Sauce, 150Ml
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 lb of ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion and 1 cup sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 4-5 minutes. Drain any excess fat and return the mixture to the skillet.
- 3. Place 1 package of green beans in a strainer and rinse under cold water to separate them. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir to combine.
- 4. Add 2 cups of cooked quinoa to the skillet and mix well with the beef and vegetables.
- 5. Push the mixture to the sides of the skillet, creating a well in the center. Crack 1 egg into the center and scramble it until fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
- 6. Stir the scrambled egg into the beef and vegetable mixture until evenly distributed.
- 7. Pour 1/4 cup of tamari soya sauce over the mixture and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- 8. Serve hot directly from the skillet for a delicious and satisfying dinner.
